The Mail Server Activity window displays
•
the storage volume and size of the AppleShare IP Mail Data file
•
all hosts in the host lists
•
connected users
•
SMTP activity
•
an easy way to open the Date & Time control panel
IMPORTANT: The correct day, time, time zone, and daylight-saving settings are important for the proper operation of the mail server. The mail server uses this information to time-stamp each message. An incorrect time-stamp may cause other mail servers to handle a message incorrectly.
To view the Mail Server Activity window:

Open Mac OS Server Admin and log on to the server you want to administer.

Press the Mail Services button and choose Show Mail Server Activity.
